IN brings together experience of car ownership, business and technology.

Craig Kinnersley founded IN in 2016 after twenty-five years of car ownership, close to forty cars and a family connection to the motor trade extending considerably further back.

Alongside that experience, much of his career has been spent building and operating technology and commercial businesses. Craig recognised that a collection could have excellent specialists around it while the owner remained the only person holding the whole picture. IN was created to take on that coordination and preserve the knowledge needed to manage the collection over time.

Today, Craig is directly involved in the business, its clients and the development of the technology that supports it. IN works globally with owners, families and those acting on their behalf.

IN acts independently for the owner, whether engaged for a single requirement or across an entire collection.

Where specialist expertise is required, IN identifies, appoints or works alongside the appropriate people while remaining independent of them.

IN does not sell cars or hold stock. It receives no commission, referral fee, payment or other benefit from dealers, insurers, workshops, storage providers or other third-party businesses involved in the collection.

Its only commercial relationship is with the owner, principal or the entity acting on their behalf.
