IN
Proprietary Technology

Every car, its records and its outstanding requirements remain connected, wherever the collection sits.

The technology behind IN was built because the work demanded it. Significant collections cannot be governed through spreadsheets, inboxes, disconnected files and the memory of the people around them. Too much changes, too much matters and too much can be lost.

IN owns and develops the technology, allowing it to evolve around the requirements of the collections it holds.

A collection may be held across several homes, storage locations and countries. The cars remain within one system while the requirements around them change according to where they are.

IN's technology records each car's current location, its legal and compliance position, its insurance status and the deadlines that follow from where it sits. A car can move between the UK, the Gulf, the United States or elsewhere without its position fragmenting between separate records.

The result is not simply better administration. It is continuity.

A consistent record.

Information is captured as events happen. Records remain current. Actions can be followed through. Decisions can be evidenced. The system reduces reliance on individual memory by keeping records, decisions and outstanding actions together.

Valuation sits within the same structure. The position of each car can be established, reviewed and supported by the evidence held around it, giving the owner a view of the collection that is both current and defensible.

The catalogue raisonné develops in the same environment used to govern the car itself, rather than being assembled retrospectively when the car is sold or passes through an estate.

The record is institutional.

The technology separates the knowledge of the collection from the memory of any individual.

IN is deliberately personal in the way it works, but the record is not. If a specialist changes, an assistant leaves or responsibility for a collection passes from one generation to another, the knowledge does not leave with them.

The record remains intact. That is the quiet intelligence behind IN.

What the owner sees.

IN works through the record, and the owner sees the collection through it. IN provides regular reports on the collection's condition, value, compliance and outstanding actions, prepared on an agreed cycle. Where the owner prefers direct visibility, access can be arranged at the level appropriate to them.

Information is supplied through IN, so the owner has a single, informed point of contact rather than a series of separate reports from separate specialists. Questions about a car's status, its value or its next requirement are answered from one current record, not reassembled each time.

A confidential conversation.

A first conversation is only that. A look at how the collection is held today and where its information currently sits. Nothing to prepare.
