The complete automotive position. Held for the owner.
We establish and maintain an independent view of significant cars and collections. What is owned, where it is and what it is worth. The condition of each car, and the decisions around it.
Ownership, documentation and provenance sit in one current record, alongside insurance, significant work and the owner’s intentions. We identify the gaps, bring the information together and make clear the matters that require a decision.
Most owners already have trusted workshops, storage providers, insurers and advisers. We work across those relationships, holding the wider position on the owner’s behalf.
A collection’s information sits across invoices, emails, specialist reports and the knowledge of individual people. We bring it together and maintain it as circumstances change.
Our proprietary technology supports this continuity, so knowledge remains intact when a car moves, a specialist changes or responsibility passes to someone else.
Where cars are held privately, we also coordinate the attention they require, from maintenance and storage to transport and readiness for use.
That work follows the owner’s intentions for each car: to use it, preserve it, transfer it or prepare it for sale.
An engagement begins where the owner needs it to: establishing the collection’s current position, addressing a specific requirement or providing ongoing oversight.
The scope and fee are agreed in advance. We are paid only by the owner, or by those acting on their behalf. Specialist services are commissioned separately, with third-party costs transparent and no margin, commission or benefit received by us.
What brings an owner to us
“I don’t want to manage all of this anymore.”
“Nobody has looked properly at the collection for some time.”
“Are all the cars actually ready to use?”
“Are these cars still insured for the right values?”
“I need these cars somewhere else.”
We work with a small number of clients by design.
A first conversation is a look at the collection, what is already understood and where more clarity would help. Nothing to prepare.
